These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WillU at willu.app. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
WillU provides tools to design, publish, and share digital postcards and link-in-bio pages. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use WillU. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create on WillU (text, images, links, etc.). By publishing content, you grant WillU a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the service. You are responsible for your content and must not post anything that is illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, spam, or that violates others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: • Use WillU for unlawful purposes • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform beyond normal use • Use WillU to distribute malware, phishing, or harmful material
Usernames and custom domains are subject to availability and our policies. We may reclaim or restrict names that violate trademarks, impersonate others, or are otherwise inappropriate. Custom domain configuration is your responsibility; we are not liable for DNS or third-party domain issues.
Profile owners may optionally require visitors to hold a minimum balance of $willu or other tokens on BNB Chain to view a page. WillU provides this feature as-is. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Token values and blockchain transactions are outside our control.
WillU integrates with third-party services (authentication providers, analytics, hosting, etc.) and links you add may point to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
WillU is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillU and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to WillU shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us).
You may stop using WillU at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to the service or others. Upon termination, your right to use WillU ends, but provisions that should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of WillU after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or forums specified by applicable law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
